Weber Elementary School, home of the Eagles, is a magnificent school with a strong sense of community that serves students, Pre K-5, in the North Arvada area of Jefferson County. Our staff members are committed to meeting the unique needs of every child, and we collectively take responsibility for educating all students. Our talented, dedicated professionals have a shared vision, to serve our community by knowing our students by NAME, STRENGTH, AND NEED. 

One of our main strategies for student success is our identity as a data-driven instruction (DDI) school. During DDI, we work in teams to identify student needs, track progress, and reflect on our teaching practices. We aim to ensure that we are employing effective, research-based strategies to help all students thrive academically, physically, socially, and emotionally. 

With children at the center of all decisions, we operate as a team to promote student achievement and to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all. We do live out daily our school mission of creating possibilities, elevating community, and celebrating learning. Weber is special--a school that has a neighborhood feel while also preparing students for a world beyond their "neighborhood."
