Hello! My name is Michelle Sczekan and I’m currently the 4th/5th grade multi-age classroom teacher. I am in my 18th year of teaching, all in Jeffco public schools and I have taught 3rd, 4th, 5th, have been an instructional coach. I’m excited to be at Weber, this is my first year here. I grew up in Arvada, attended Little elementary, Moore middle school and graduated from Pomona, so being at Weber, is like coming home, my folks still live in the same house. I also have a sister, brother ‘n’ law and niece in Aurora, and travel often to Michigan or Iowa to see the rest of my family. I graduated from Metropolitan State University, eventually getting my teaching license and Master’s at University of Colorado at Denver. Reading and writing are my passion and I love helping students. Welcome to Weber!
